Hey y'all

I switched over from the h80i to the h105 and the temps are about the same. I was wondering my new h105 makes kind of a trickle sound or water that swishes every once a while. There are no leaks and was wondering if anyone else has had this trouble with any of the Corsair coolers.

Thank you.

In spite of being a closed loop water cooler or CLC for short, there is bound to be a tiny bit of air in the unit while it's being prepped for which reason you're gong to hear a splash-splosh sound when you move the cooler(in an disassembled state) with the radiator above the cooling block. There isn't anything to worry about unless you see your temps are skyrocketing while your system is idling. That could mean the air bubble has lodged itself in the CPU cooler/pump chamber or worse that the impeller isn't moving.

In either case if you can keep an eye on the temps on a weekly basis and your system's performance then you will be in no danger as Corsair tend to stick to their warranty claims and offer a fast RMA 😉
