H110M-R motherboard with a wireless wifi card

just wondering if it is possible to put a wireless card into the motherboard since i dont know if it can or not

Instead of dropping a wireless card, per say, why not buy a USB driven wireless adapter? They are cheap and go pretty much anywhere. So long as you have an available USB port on your system. Regardless, if you have an available PCIe x1 slot on your board and your case, you're good to go.
