H115i - Second Fan not spinning up.

When I start my PC, my first fan starts up just fine, but my second one does not start at all. What is wrong?

Update: I fixed both the fans and the peripherals. When I checked the Y-splitter thing, one of them had bent pins, I put them back in place and now the fan works just fine. Peripherals are fixed, but I have no idea how I did it.

How old is your pc? and fans fail all the time so is normal for fans to go bad.
