H1z1 gaming PC help

So I'm wanting to upgrade a friends system to be able to run games like csgo,h1z1,Minecraft,gmod games like that, he currently has 8gb ram, an i3 4150, and some GPU (intel r HD graphics 4400?) Keeping in mind that he has an extremely low budget of about 100 euro, I was looked at something like an r7 240 or a really early gtx model? He didn't mind mind playing in low settings, thanks.

Gtx 750 or 750 ti would be a good choice. Let me know your country so it will be helpful; to suggest a 100 euro graphics card for you.

Then a Gtx 750ti would be a perfect choice for him. Here is a good deal I found for €124

Edit: Here is H1z1 running on the same system as your friend's with Gtx 750ti . It runs at a good 30-40 fps
