H270i with 6700k?

I got a 6700k for cheap but don't intend to OC it. Can i use the 6700k with a non overclockable board like the H270i Strix Gaming?

Yes you can. They both have a LGA1151 socket, but make sure that you have a CPU cooler because the Core i7 6700k doesn't come with a stock cooler
