h61 is chipset and could be found on many different MBs. including desktop, laptop and all in one. MBs can't be interchanged.

More accurately, h61 and other chipsets are in relation to CPU they have to work with, chip itself doesn't have to be same, Before single chipset there were 2 chips called north and south bridge each one handling different I/O ports, now doing same things in one physical chip.

All In One systems are like laptops. The case is built around a specific motherboard.

In an AIO, the motherboard is rarely changeable. Just like a laptop.

Sell the thing you have, and buy something that works for you.

But in any case, you're changing 1 13 year old platform for another.
No real performance change.
