Question H610 MOTHERBOARD GOOD FOR i5 12400f?

i am building a pc but i have doubt on motherboard so i want to know that ASUS H610M-E motherboard will be good for i5 12400f ?


with

16GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM

1650S

Cooer Master 650W BRONZE PSU

1TB SSD

can i do gaming on 1080p ??

I wont affect gaming performance but I would suggest bumping up to the Asus prime b660. You get more ram slots, better io and more pcie lanes Im pretty sure. Also memory overclocking. Not totally sure but b660 is definitely worth the little bit extra. And yes you can do 1080p gaming with those parts. If you haven't bought the GPU yet look for an rx 6600(xt) or a 3050/psu combo from newegg.

Ok actually i didn't bought gpu currently i have gt 6102gb ddr3 for just display

can you share h610 motherboard vrm temperature while 100% CPU load , does it handle 12400 very well?
and what is CPU total power consumption while 100% load, does it score same like others 12400 with b660 motherboard.
btw which gpu you are using now and which pc cabinet ?

From what I remember, this is a board with weaker VRM discussed in this thread, and it doesn't throttle the CPU at all.

Link to a video test is in the second or third post of ths topic. Test results in Blender and Cinebench stsrt at 5:09 minutes in. So it should be good.
