Yes, the H81 chipset does have the updated UEFI BIOS. That does not mean it has the needed BIOS version necessary to run the Intel Core I5-4460 processor.

BIOS version 0211 = Updated UEFI BIOS
BIOS version 0804 (Required for your processor) = Updated UEFI BIOS

Yes, you should be concerned. If the BIOS is not updated, your motherboard may not recognize your processor and fail to boot at all. This means you would either need to purchase another processor that is recognized by your motherboard's earlier BIOS and update the BIOS yourself or take the motherboard to a local shop and probably pay someone to update the BIOS for you.

That's why PC Part Picker flagged it as a possible incompatibility. We don't know. You won't know until you actually have the motherboard installed and booting to see what version BIOS is installed.

...And it's not a "Z" series motherboard you need. It's an H/Z "97" chipset series motherboard you need.

That's fine to say, but unless you can absolutely guarantee that the OP will get a motherboard with updated BIOS, I think it's best to err on the side of caution.
