H81 Pro BTC - GPU order

I'm setting up a new mining rig and plan to use all 6 PCI-e slots on the H81 Pro BTC mobo. I would like to make sure and place the 6 GPUs in order 0-5, to take out any guess work when trouble shooting.

Base on the image below would this be the correct order if all 6 PCI-e slots held a GPU?
