H81M CS Asus mother board with DDR3 1600 16GB ram totaly unstable.

I installed two 8GB DDR3 1600 total 16 GB ram in my system motherboard is Asus H81M CS and the system is totally unstable with frequent browser crash and BSOD. In the bios there is only 1400 speed is available and no X.M.P to activate. any Solutions?

Yes, Both are same XPG DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB Adata.
