H81M-ITX Not booting properly

Hello,

This is a new PC Build so no OS has been installed yet. Here's whats going on.

I power up the computer and the green light comes on - The fan tries to spin and then the green light goes off for 2-3 seconds. Then after 2-3 more seconds the green light comes back on, stays on, the fans spin but there is no picture on my screen. I tired using the VGA and HDMI outputs. I tried hitting F2 and F6 to get to the boot menu. Nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Are you using onboard graphics? What are your specs? Sounds like a bad power supply.

Yes on board graphics. I can try another power supply. I have one handy.

CPU is Intel - G3258 LGA1150
Memory is Corsair XMS3 - DDR3 - 2x2GB

Got specs for both off of ASRock's website.

Tried another power supply and same thing happens. Any other suggestions?

First of all connect your cooler before doing anything else!

The Cooler was connected, I just didn't have it in place. I ruled out the power source. I have a almost identical computer and tested the power source on that computer it worked fine.

I have it narrowed down to the mother board or the chip. How can I test either?

I doubt it is the chip. MB or Ram...
