Will 2 ram sticks of 8 GB DDR3 HyperX Fury be fine with a H81M-Plus motherboard?

Yes they should work fine.
I used to have H81M-DGS with HyperX Fury black 1866 2x8GB
Just to notice, because of the chipset limitation you may not run above 1600MHz
