My comp has been hacked by my brother and I tried to fix the registry by blocking his access. Well, my comp won't do a damn thing now. Nada. If I obtained a windows 7 boot disk, would that fix it? I'm looking to wipe the whole computer out and start anew. How do I do that? And can NSA agents permanently scar my computer so this is undo able?

Solution
Yeah. Everybody thinks their IQ is significantly above 100, despite that being, by definition, the average.

You've got that high an IQ, yet you can't use Google? Or if you think that's spy-filled (which it probably is), DuckDuckGo?

I call BS, and ego inflation.
Reinstall windows to fix it. Nobody will have been messing with your BIOS.

FYI: If you want to fully erase your data from your PC, get a blowtorch and melt the platters in your HDD.

There will always be backdoors, so I'd guess if they want to look there's not a lot you can do to stop them, while you still have an internet connection.

I have no reinstall disk. And it was too hacked, genius, there were computers in mountain view and wash dc that were always accessing my computer, and I was not given authority to format my c:
I messed up my registry when I tried to remove my brothers registry bullshit that he put in there 3. Years ago.

+1
Hackers cant damage hardware or change the firmware of your components without sitting at your computer physically, your machine will be fine once you re-install Windows.

Well were not going to tell you to pirate it.
If your computer is an off-the-shelf machine, check the side panels or rear of the case for a Windows sticker. Sometimes its even on the inside. That would have the the serial key on it that was used to initially install Windows, that key should be fine to use on that rig.

If its a custom build, you better hope you used the sticker that came with your copy or you can find the packaging the disc came in.

You need something to boot from which you can install Windows. I believe Microsoft can let you download a bootable image file you can mount to a USB drive, which will install Windows from there.

But yess, all you need is a boot disk for the same Windows version you were running previously (32/64bit doesn't matter I think).

Thanks. And when those spy drones see that I'm alone, NSA gets total control of all audio output from any device. They use it sparingly, I suppose so nobody figures it out. I know, I live it. Someone should truly investigate my house, my bro the agent spent two years setting up my home.... Water. Air. Walls . They're all setup for injecting drugs, and that's a fact

Yes, he might have permanently flashed something. The CPU, the BIOS, a keylogger inside the mouse, screen cap device inside the monitor...who knows.

Here's your only solution:
Unplug the PC
Take it and all the peripherals out to the driveway
Place your cellphone on top (you never know)

Now comes the good part:
Mix up a batch of thermite
Melt that whole pile of stuff into a puddle of goo
Never ever buy another PC or cellphone again

It's the only way to be sure.

1. NSA does not "hack" computers, they intercept information. Unless, of course, you gave them reason to investigate you.

2. If you are sure your computer was accessed externally (I'd like to know how you came to know that), it's likely that your brother was just messing up with you remotely, through some remote connection he authorized in your machine (again, not hacking).

3. Not having permission to format the system drive should be pretty obvious, since the system is running on it. You cannot expect the system to format itself into oblivion. You should format it from outside windows. No hacking trick can prevent you from formatting a hard drive.

4. If your computer had an OEM windows version installed, you may be able to get a backup disk from the manufacturer. If it had a full retail license, you may download a clean windows image from torrents and the like, burn it to a DVD and install with your old license. That would not be illegal. You may even request an install disk from Microsoft, if you have a valid license.

5. If you only messed up the registry, a Windows 7 boot disk may indeed fix it, though a system running with a tampered registry is hardly reliable. Reinstalling windows would be the best solution.

6. Once you get everything running, I would advise you to install a good firewall, so you know can manage all external connections.

Still, you will never be able to prevent NSA from spying on you, since they can intercept your external communication. You should be able to prevent local access, though.

He has isolated my family friends and now I have nobody. I have to wear earplugs on my own home. He has tried to get a mob against me, police have taken my kids for no reason, and he is gangstalking me. If you don't believe me, come visit I will let you investigate... I am telling the truth

how do you know he is not here reading your post right now?
