Hackintosh Build on my current setup

Hi all,

I was recently build a PC as follows, I would like to ask if this build is compatible of installing a Mac OS X on it. If no, how can I change to make it work? Thanks

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230v3
MoBo: ASRock H97-Pro4
GPU: iChill GTX760 2GD5
SSD: ADATA SP900 256GB
RAM: Kingston 8GB

P.S. Is great that if I can have dual boot of Windows and OS X on it
