Had a power outage. Ow my computer will not recognize the monitor

The power went out in my home for a few hours now my computer will not recognize the monitir
It will turn on and the dell logo will come up then it turns off two seconds later

do you have APU if you do try plugging you monitor in on

if you do not have a APU try conection you GPU to a other monitor

please update me in your prograse
