After I reinstalled Windows 10 because I was getting blue screens, now I can't get my other M 2 sdd to work properly. Do i need to detach it from the actual motherboard and reinstall it? I can access it on device manager, and even format it, but generally everyone shows to options of MBR or GBT I don't have those options. I can choose format, file system and allocation size. Can also perform a quick format which is enabled and can choose enable file and folder compression. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

if Windows Disk Management isn't reading the drive properly you can try something like AOMEI Partition Assistant.

if the 2nd M.2 was installed when you reinstalled Windows
it probably has some system partitions created on it.
always recommended to remove all other drives when performing an OS installation.

it may even just have a page file created on it that will also disable Windows Disk Management from performing some tasks on the drive.
check your page file setup and remove any from this drive if located there.

Thanks for the response. I'm not exactly sure how to check page files. I saw someone go to performance monitor, but a bit lost there. Could unplugging it from the motherboard be beneficial at all?
