half height gpu for i3 4160 pc

hello all i have a small form factor pc and looking to add a pc i e 16 gpu half height as its small case heres a quick spec
i3 4160 3.6
8gb ddr3
200w powersupply (not to sure but its aroun 200- to 300w )

i would like a half decent card that can play the latest games ... at the min im running on the onbaord hd4400 and its ok for 720p but not excellent im hoping for a cheap solution .. also my resolution right now is 1360 x 768 on an old hd ready tv ... i do have a 1080p tv so im hoping with a semi decent gpu that will fit my smallish case .... i also like to run 1080p movies and streaming witch i cant at the moment :L

The 750 Ti is the best half height GPU you can get right now.

No gaming card will run on a 200 watt PSU, find out exactly what the power supply is first. The 750 Ti may run on a 280 watt one, lower is a bit iffy for stability and damage to parts. I would not use anything over a nVidia 740 on a lower power system.
