half my ram disappeared

Hi,

I cannot find how to delete this post.

[strike]I was rendering stuff on After effect when I realized that I only had 16GB left instead of 32GB.
CPU Z shows 32GB at 632mhz... my Bios is showing 16GB max at 1333mhz. I tried every stick and found that slot 2 and 4 weren't detected anymore.
I have a z77A-g45 motherboard, 4x8GB of Ares Gskill ddr3 ram and an i7 2700k processor.
my psu is an old antec cp850.[/strike]

What is wrong and how to fix it please?
