Question Half of my ram not used

Hallo,

I got 16gb ddr4 ram. When i look at my system specs it says that is uses 8gb ram of the 16gb ram i have. How to i use my full 16gb ram???

That video is ridiculous and will actually cause problems, if you follow it.
The person posting that video either doesn't know, what he is doing, or intentionally is giving harmful advice.
It sets bootloader limits on available ram and disables paging file.
There is no reason to limit available ram and disabling pagefile causes virtual memory subsystem errors.
Completely stupid.

First thing would be to describe your system/PC, question like this is practically useless
Also need to know what shows you that number ?
