Halp me my computer is in a start up loop

My computer is in a start loop, It's been crashing lately and now I can't even sign in before my monitor goes into power saving and my computer stops working. I believe it could be a motherboard problem but im not sure, I might want to add that a week ago my computer's graphics card kept crashing when I was playing overwatch or CS GO which has never been a problem before.

Here's my build:
Windows 10
CX750M modular power source
760GMA-P34FX MSI motherboard
GeForce GTX 960 MSI graphics card
4.2 GHz AMD FX 4-core processor
LG LED 23 monitor
Ripjaws 8GBs of ram
SATA III 2.5" 120GB solid state drive
2 TB hard drive

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

lets see if we can get to safe mode
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

if you get to safe mode, have a look in device manager and see if any warnings
right click start menu
choose device manager - yellow triangles are warnings, look for unknown devices as well.

it sounds like a graphics problem, going by your clues. Shame motherboard doesn't have onboard or it would be easy to check.

lets cross easy things off list:
run this on ram: http://www.memtest86.com/

boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type chkdsk /f and press enter - this will check hdd, kind of what the auto repair loop should be doing.

I don't think it is ram as they don't normally make screen tuirn off, they freeze PC. But worthwhile crossing them off anyway.

If you have a spare GPU see if PC still acts same way.

You should reply here and not via private message as other people might have some input - and it makes it easier to remember your post. Full SSD only slows ssd down, should cause crash loops. What brand SSD is it?

120gb used to be ideal size for a install, now its closer to 250gb tho win 10 isn't that big, just gives more space to move in.

It's a SATA III 120 GB, I'll try your method later today but my SSD is full.

cant you put any of it onto the 2tb drive? having a full ssd is counter productive as they need a certain amount of blank space to maintain their speed

you might be best taking it to a shop and asking them to fix it.

Should be a Mushkin Eco2 then, How would i go about transferring data from my ssd to my hardrive if my computer cant turn of properly?

Alrighty, I got it in safe mode and transfered a good chunk (my documents) over to my HDD so I have 24ish GBs free now, the only device with a yellow caution symbol is my monitor because it is not up to date.

You lucky to get win 10 working on that motherboard, you only have win 7 drivers so if you had actual Windows errors you would have problems fixing them.
