Accidentally pulled these out of my GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 and I am scared to put them back in without guidance.

its okay. breathe.
those are the power switch, power LED, HDD LED and the reset switch.
they are momentary switches and cannot be connected backwards.
the LEDs will either work or not when connected backwards.
if you can see which color is the power switch ( IIRC its the blue one, I could be wrong) plug it into the corresponding color coded block inside the white block. there are labels under the white block that tells you what the pins are for. Pwr for power, RST for reset, HDD for HDD led, and PLED for power LED.
