HandBrake Compression Software Error

Hi,
As I rely on HandBrake to do all my compressing I URGENTLY need a fix :)
I am using Windows 7 Proffesional and I get this error when I boot up HandBrake :

A problem occured when trying to save your preferences.

Any settings you changed may need to be reset the next time HandBrake launches.
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake\settings.xml' is denied.

Yes, completely uninstall the app. Then run a registry cleaner like CCleaner and remove all remnants of the program that may be in your registry. Restart the system and re-install the most recent version of Handbrake.

BTW, have you scanned for viruses or malware recently?

Ok so I did what you said and I now get an error saying :

Unable to load user settings file:
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake\settings.xml

Your user settings file appears to be inaccessible or corrupted. You may have to delete the file and let HandBrake generate a new one.

- Ok, so I guess I should delete it?
