Handycam to Hangout or Skype

Hi,

I have Sony Handycam HDR-C430V. I want to record the video and simultaneously webcast it with Google hangout or Skype.

I'm looking for a gadget which takes HDMI or RCA input and it connects to a laptop and act as a webcam.

Any reference or help would be appreciated!
