hey maziar -- the dish Falooda happens to be iranian??? was introduced in india by the Mughals who came form persia-iran-(the same guys who built the taj mahal and loads of other architectural wonders)
for the others if u get a chance to try falooda at any indian eating joint do give it a try! its sweet and its heavenly!!!

AND THE LAST ONE IS "NOKHODCHI" which i dont think u will be able to find it :d
 


We call it Faloode in IRAN and i absolutely love it, very delicious, but we usually eat it in summer

oh i know keshmesh allright! its basically grapes dried in the sun! its used in many of the hundreds of sweetdishes made in india.
btw i can hog falooda/de at any time of the year--have one every week atleast!

I just lost all respect for you because of that comment and all of the others as well that mentioned nuking. Iranians are in the same boat as we are regarding the sanity and quality our current leaders.

I can't speak for Maziar's views but Ahmadinejad's approval among Iranians is right down there with Bush's approval among Americans. The US isn't winning the world's popularity contest either so there isn't much to justify pointing a finger at other countries at the moment.

This isn’t a subject that I take lightly because our economy is being ran into the ground and our futures are being destroyed by a corrupted government. So have some compassion for others in similar situations.
 
I bring politics in here because people have very uneducated views that are disrespecting Maziar for something he is not at fault for. It is the pot calling the kettle black if you will.

I know that it always brings up fierce debating and flaming but I am embarrassed at some certain comments in this thread.

wth shouldn't they nuke Israel, any country to do so, would have the blessing of most of the non-f-ed up world, Israel has only caused problems displaced millions of people, the U.S. spends billions of dollars on them, The U.S. could end poverty in America, could actually help Americans, but noooo we gotta help them sponsor state run terrorism, my tax dollars are going to hlep promote violance, wtf?

Nah mate i meant gallionfc & Mrsbytch. Personally I think its pretty shocking whats going down in the middle east. There needs to be a country called palestine with east jerusalem as its capital. The only way to solve it for good down that way, otherwise stuck in the cycle of killing each other for ever and ever.
 


thank you, I think that deep down inside we are all human beings that are all brothers and sisters must take care of each other instead of killing, and denying anybody the rights that as an American I enjoy of: life, liberty, and property/ pursuit of happiness...

I'd like to think that we would want these for anybody and not deny them on the basis of race, creed, religion, gender, and so on...

maybe one day, maybe one day... :pfff:
