Hard decision choosing better RAM

I have hard time choosing over rams for my friends build to get the best for him, which would be better? Kingston 2X2GB KVR800D2N6/2G or Unifosa Corporation HU564403EP0200 4GB?

I don't know Unifosa,but from what i can find out about that ram you asked about is it ddr3 and can it be used on that motherboard,so yes.

Alright, so if Kingston isn't compatible with the motherboard, I'll tell him to use the Unifosa ram, also thank you both for the answers.
