Question Hard disk/drive is immenent , please back up your data !!! Help

After i turned off my pc , and turn it on again , something.popped up in.bios before the pc start * the hard disk is immenent ,please back up your data* or replace
I cant use my hard drive , only ssd please help

Gtx 970
I7 6700k
500 gb hdd seagate
Ssd 256
Windows 10

If it is in any way "accessible", you copy whatever data you can to another drive.
This one is dying, there is no "fix"
