Hard disk not detected by system

I have a major problem that my harddisk is failed to boot and says "DISK BOOT FAILURE INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER"
This problem occur after making new partition from c drive for running two windows
first week it run without any problem and suddenly it has failed to boot i make sure that hdd is spinning and sometimes it makes clicking sound. Can i fix this problem please help me.
My hdd is Seagate barracuda 500 gb 7200 rpm

I'd strongly suggest you replace the hard disk.

The clicking sound is a bad sign; download and run SeaTools for DOS to check the drive. Installing copies of Windows on different hard disks is better, particularly when the other hard disk is disconnected at installation time. That way you have 2 independent OS and you can boot from the alternate version even when the first one fails. I'm sort of lucky because my Seagate 3TB drive failed while still under warranty and I didn't lose data (backups are useful).
