I would like to know what kind of procedures the will take a company for hard drive replacement is necessory.? Please write complete details.. Hopefully

Unplug system unit, work at a static free zone, remove the side panel, locate the HDD, unplug the SATA/MOLEX power cable, unplug the SATA/IDE data cable, remove HDD screws (if any), remove HDD from the case, place new HDD in the spot where you took the old HDD from, screw in HDD screws (if any), plug the SATA/IDE data cable, plug the SATA/MOLEX power cable, place the side panel back, plug system unit. Done

Are you asking how to swap a drive or what a company would do when swapping a drive? They are different things, the company swapping the drive will probably not be doing a data backup or restore for you. If you do it, you'd want to restore your data if possible.
