Hard drive and Operative Sytems

I built my computer a year ago, now I need more memory, so I bought another Hard drive, my question now is do I have to install windows on my new hard drive?

Size of drives, OS, etc, etc.

The answer is yes and no.
You can just put the new drive in, and use it as a second drive.
Or you can (maybe) migrate everything to the new drive
Or you can do a fresh install on the new drive.

But we'd need more info to really make a recommendation.

You could just add the second drive as extra storage . It will just become drive D or F and you can save files to it .

If you want to you can replace your oold drive with it . If you do that you CLONE the drive .
