Seagate 2TB SATA. Unable to access or see drive on external caddy. When booted in the desktop it goes to the usual blue square logo. It then says the pin
is not available. Nothing else can be done.
I do get a choice of two tabs in bottom left hand corner of screen; new user tab or what would be my PIN tab.
I can not do msconfig or scanow as there is no access. Any suggestions as to how to get access even if only to format it and use
for storage?

Thanks, John.
