Hard Drive Cover has no screws how do I take it apart

I dropped my Western Digital MyBook external hard drive and I shucked it out of its case because it was making a tiny clicking noise and it wouldn't read on my computer anymore. I took it apart to find the hard drive but no screws on the face so how do I take the cover off? The hard drive is a WD80ezaz

You don't. Taking it apart any further will finish ruining it. You dropped it. You damaged the hardware. Buy a new one and move on. Or spend hundreds of dollars to send it to a data recovery lab to have some or all of the data recovered. Those are the basic choices.
