Hard Drive Detection Issues

I recently built a new PC with an SSD and a Hard Drive. However, the Hard Drive is not detected by windows, but it does show up in the bios, and NZXT CAM. Any help would be great!

Sorry that you are facing some issues with your WD drive. 🙁

As the drive is recognized by BIOS, then most probably, it is recognized by Disk Management as well.
Given the fact that this is a new drive, as jsmithepa suggested, you need to initialize -> partition & format the drive.
