hey guys i have a western digital ultra external ard drive and it's default file system is ntfs since i bought it ... suddenly 3 week ago i found that the file system has changed from ntfs to fat 32 automatically and i know that this can't happen without formatting but it happened and the hard drive still reads that there is 835 GB used space but it doesn't view anything and i think it will not view anything and file system returns back to ntfs and i've also tried to return it back to ntfs using the command prompt but it failed because it said that the hard drive contain errors that prevent the conversion and I've also tried the chkdsk /f command and nothing happened but when i downloaded get data back ntfs version it displayed all my files and they were accessible so at least now i know that my files are okay but now i need a solution to get the hard drive back to ntfs
BTW 1-the hard drive shows only 2 files and they can't be deleted , I've tried everything to delete them but it seems impossible and every time i delete them windows says that they don't even exist and this files size is 0 kb
2-after using the chkdsk /f command i found 107 new files on the hard drive and each of them is 2gb and also they can't be deleted
there is a picture of the 0 kb files and the rest of files
