Hard drive doesn't show up in Explorer

Hi, I just finished a ryzen build. I installed a 120Gb ssd, 2Tb 5400rpm for basic storage, and 1 Tb Western Digital blue 7200rpm hdd. All three drives show up in the bios, but the WD blue drive doesn't show up in file explorer. I know my connections are good but I can't get it to be seen. How do I fix this?

Does it appear in Disk Management?
It may just need to be Initialized, formatted, and given a drive letter.

Disk Management is where you need to start.
