Hard drive faliure

My hard disk is almost broken when i turn on my pc it said 1720_smart faliure and under at the bottom in left it said f1 boot usage i press it and then o it take a long for starting tge pc and when the pc is on is slow what can i do to fiz the 1720_smart faliure and make fast the pc?

You need to test the hard drive to determine if it is really failing. I use Seatools as it has a Windows and also a bootable (DOS) version. I run the short test first then run the long test if those pass.
If it fails any of these tests you need to replace the hard drive.
