Hard drive freezing BIOS after partitioning

I used Mini Tools Partition Wizard to delete all the partitions in my hard drive and now my pc won't go past the bios splash screen. I tried unplugging the hard drive cable from the mobo and that fixed it. Should I get a new hard drive? or is there a way to fix it? it's a rare issue cause I just edited the partitions and now it screws my bios.

Next time, do not use some partition wizard tool to do that kind of job. You can just fully wipe the drive and that would be way safer and easier and if you needed a thing or 2 from the drive, just back it up.

You may need to reinstall a new OS on the drive or if you still can, do a full wipe and try it out again.
