Hard drive heating

Hello,
I have a small cabinet Pc with no case fans. But PSU and CPU fans work.
CPU and Hdd temperatures are around 43 degree Celsius , do I need to install case fan or the temperatures are normal? I do game a little. Here are the specs-

CPU - i3 4130
Ram - 8 gb ddr3 1600 MHz
Motherboard- Asus h81m-cs
PSU-500 watt
Igpu- hd 4400 ( no dedicated gpu but planning to install gt 1030 or gtx 1050)

Do i need to install a case fan?

Ps- My cabinet is small and I don't know where to install a fan.

those temps are pretty low but I would install a case can all the same. What case to you have?

Drive temp of 43C is absolutely within spec. Nothing to worry about.

I would install a quiet low RPM fan as an exhaust behind the CPU, just to help motherboard components.
