[SOLVED] Hard Drive keeps Disconnecting and Reconnecting when Playing R6 Siege

So I got this hard drive a few weeks back aswell as an ssd to speed up my pc but today I got an issue while playing Siege everything was going fine until around 2 hours ago where I noticed the game started randomly freezing. I instantly knew it was the hard drive after a couple of freezes windows says "D Drive has been connect" or something similar to that when ever you plug in a device and a few seconds later my game closes I have no clue if this is a hard drive issue but I've done Chkdsk and other scans on the drive and they are all fine.

I am assuming that the HDD is disconnecting. My first suggestion is to check the wiring and swap out different SATA and power cables to test for faulty cables. My next suggestion is to check the health and status of the HDD (S.M.A.R.T.) by using using a disk utility such as CrystalDiskInfo:

Also, maybe plug the HDD into a different Sata port. The reason I say this is because I have 3 hard disks that are in the USB Safely remove hardware button near the clock, and I have never figured out a successful way of not having them in there apart from moving to a different SATA. The reason I have 3 in there is that I do have 9 HDs in my computer and have to use them.
