What do you mean by hard drive locking? If you want to encrypt your hard drive. It would depend on your OS.
- Mac OS X = Filevault + Firmware lock
- Windows Server, 8/10 Pro or 7 Ultimate = Bitlocker
- Other Windows = VeraCrypt
- Linux = It would depend on the distribution. I'd assume VeraCrypt.
