Hard Drive Not Showing Files

Hard Drive indicate that there is files contain in the Drive But when open cannot see any files?

Make sure you adjust your options and show hidden files: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
In case the issue persists, you can attach the drive to another computer.

If even this doesn't help, I believe you can boot Ubuntu from a flash drive or a CD, navigate to the HDD, back up all the data, switch back to Win and reformat the drive afterwards.
