Hard Drive Not Working (Windows 8.1)

Hello and I have a problem with my windows! My Hard Drive is locked! But somehow the windows fix thing for that got out! I tried to change my boot mode and everything but it didn't work! HELP ME BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Need a little more details. What do you mean by 'locked'? I take it this is your windows OS boot drive, and it won't boot? Does BIOS show the hard drive attached? What errors or symptoms are you getting when you power on.
