Question Hard Drive Problems?

So my PC has a 1TB Western Digital hard drive, but the computer shows only 120GB of storage available, I’m new to computers and Im not sure what to do or if something is wrong. This PC was pre-built, it’s an Inspiron 5680 btw

The HDD's head could be stuck from shipping damage it might still work and be ok if you can get the drive to unstick.
