I would like to know if anyone knows what this means. I run userbenchmark and I get an error saying Ram Cached drive detected and it doesn't bench it.. Anyway to fix this?

Solution
The Ram was made by G.Skill. rebranded by EVGA. the HW id being gone is not an issue and probably part of the re-branding. how confusing would it be if your EVGA identified itself as G.Skill?
if it is Standard Operating Procedure then the replacements will be the same.

No I'm using an HDD

The site also lists my Ram as unknown for some reason but still detects the Data

So ultimately my HDD/SDD is fine and I shouldn't worry much?

Also my ram being read as Unknown but it still says 16 gb?

IDK. the RAM should have an Identifier, the program reads this so it knows what hardware you have. If the program cannot ID the RAM, maybe the HW ID is not known yet to the program, or the RAM may not have an HW ID.

if you are concerned about the RAM memtest86 is the answer there, let it run for a few passes (~3) and see if the RAM throws any errors

What if the ram does not have an HW ID? My ram is EVGA Superclocked DDR4 I have warranty on this..Could I just go get another stick of them?

So everything is completely fine and I'm just being paranoid?

Harsh language. I think that you are a PC owner concerned about your investment. I wouldn't return the RAM unless there is an actual performance fault. I think your OK.

No performance fault so I think I am a-ok. Thank you for the time and help!
