My computer has been having a huge problem for the last couple of months now. Whenever I seem to run a lot of programs at once, usually whenever I start up my computer I have Skype, Curse Voice, team speak, and a couple of other small applications that are included whenever I start up my computer. If I try and open to many applications at once, or my computer hits the maximum memory, which is 8 gigabytes by the way, it seems to stop all of the USB ports on my computer and everything turns off and my screen completely freezes, and stays that way until I push the reset button on my computer or I completely restart it by pushing off the power supply putting it back on and turning on the power button again. This seems like there is an issue to me, or a hard drive issue, but I figured I would ask people that have more experience with computers and I would, if there is any more information that you guys wouldn't eat for me, I will try and answer as soon as I can. Thank you for the help.

Hi there gandalftheblack4,

If you think that there's something wrong with your HDD, just back up the data stored on it. After that, you can test it with some of these: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Also, you can do the following:
- Test your RAM
- Run some stress testing.
- Measure your system's temps.

Can you borrow a PSU from somebody, so you can try it on your system?

Cheers,
D_Know_WD :)
