Question Hard drive shows in bios but nothing else.

I just got a new harddrive to replace this one but now when I trun on the system it's not showing up in Windows.
It's my old system drive so it should have a bunch of bootable partitions on it, none of these show in the list of boot options in the bios, I get the drive name and capacity though. I've tried a different sata port but don't know what else. I just need to pull the data from it then it can go ahead and be as dead as it likes.

Go into storage manager and attempt to assigned a drive letter to the partition of interest.

The entire drive does not show up in device manager or disk manager.
