So recently I've been noticing that my hard drive has become slower when it comes to transfer rates, which doesn't make sense to me since I bought this drive a year ago off of amazon. I ran seatools SMART tool and it came as a pass, and I can access certain parts of the drive. But when I go to copy some videos from one place to another, It'll slow down to a crawl, is it possible that it could be the sata cable, even though it's connected just fine, or a bad partition since it's just one and I use it for dropbox syncing, downloads, and rarely gaming.
