Hard drive unreadable, after a power outage during a file transfer

I have a WD20EARS (2 Tb). The drive is quite old (3 years).
Recently, I was copying data to my other external hard drive, and then a power outage occurred, which caused my computer to restart.
I am using a:
Late 2012 iMac 21.5 inch
Running Mac OS X Mavericks
After the restart, the drive has become unreadable, and in disk utility, it nope says "partition map scheme: Unformatted" instead of "GUID Partition Table" which is what it should say. I have tried running Disk Drill on the drive, but it gives me an error about the drive having bad blocks, that Disk Drill cannot read. I am running Data Rescue 3 on it now. The two data recovery options were unable to find any files at all. The disk clone, is cloning at the moment, but all the files it has copied are all listed as "Bad". This drive contains really important data, and I don't want to take my chances formatting it, so that Disk Drill might be able to get files off the drive. I have also tried DiskWarrior, which also gave me error codes about bad blocks.
