Hi there remos2010,

I'm sorry that you are facing issues with your WD HDDs.
Regarding the WD Blue, I would advise you to make sure it is tightly fastened. After the noise stops after you press it with your hand means that probably something is loose.
Regarding the WD Green, I would say that barking sounds are not really normal for HDDs. It may be a good idea to back up the most important data that is stored on it until you resolve the issue. After that you can test it with WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=qrFq5e

Cheers,

You won't need antivibration legs for the barracuda. If you want a system faster, you could do a RAID 1 in your system with the barracuda and the WD... I dont know if there are any problems (different brand) but it's a good option.

I don't think the wd vibrate any worse than the seagate drives. If so, it's likely a faulty hd and not the norm. Beyond that, I'd be looking at the case for how well the drive is mounted. Does it use rubber drive mounts, do the drive sleds fit tightly into the cage - if there's any play that will contribute to vibrations resonating. In other words, unless your drive has an uncommon vibration issue - if it's vibrating in your case, so will a seagate. I'd consider the obsidian cases to be decent quality cases so I'm surprised you're having vibration issues. All it takes is for something to not be fit snugly though and I'm sure any case can rattle/vibrate. I prefer rubber grommet mounts for mounting my hdd's regardless of manufacturer.

As I already suggested, after the sounds stop after you press the computer case with your hand, there should be some loose component. It appears that this blue thing sorts the issue out. You shouldn't really worry about the HDD as well as your data.
