The book that this is off of, they are very good books. Over 1000 pages, but worth reading, even if you are not a reader.

I was thinking about getting this book last year but then i though i'd wait for APUs to come out...now i'm wondering if i should wait for ivy bridge, Kepler, the radeon 7000 series and bulldozer! 😀

Kinda hard to go and buy book which is outdated like hell year after but still great read.

Hard to believe that its been 20 Editions, but with 1,3,5,6,7,8,9,11,15,17,19 on my shelf, I guess its time for another.

( btw, storage media has been compounding at more than 25%/Year, but you have to qualify all computer growth in terms of Moore's law )
