[SOLVED] Hard drives not detected by NVR after a while

Hello my CCTV hard drives keeps getting disconnected by my cctv nvr, before going out and buying a new hard drive is there test i can do to my hard drive to check if its the hard drive failing or my NVR is the one causing problems?

the hard drive is a SEAGATE SKYHAWK 3TB, NVR is a Hiseeu brand

You maybe having a problem with power being delivered to the HDD in your NVR. You might want to use an HDD dock and see if you access it off of a donor PC or laptop. If you can and the device is recognized in BIOS, Device Manager and Disk Manager + use Seatools on donor system, then the issue is with your NVR's power delivery.
